Police noticed a car parked in a very haphazard manner. When they question the driver it's obvious that he and his passenger have consumed a lot of alcohol. In fact, the driver admits that he's been on a twelve-hour drinking binge. To cap it off, he's been convicted of drink driving before and his license is suspended for another seven months.
