The Reno Sheriff's Department prepares for the arrival of the TV series "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation". They must let the citizens of Reno know that they are coming to film, and they must also do security for the actors. Meanwhile, Garcia and Jones have their hands full with "The Water Heater Lady" when they find her running around in the middle of the street with a row of carts.
