Scott McGillivray has purchased his next big property - a scenic lakeside vacation resort. There's only one issue - it's an absolute wreck. He's enlisting the help of friendly rival, Bryan Baeumler to help guide and judge four teams of talented contractor and designer duos to bring this forgotten resort back to life. The team with the best cabin at the end of the series will earn the Renovation Resort Champion title and $100,000.
