About the only thing newly married couple Will and Jenny agree on is they need to move out of their small one bedroom apartment. Jenny wants to rent a historic property as close to downtown Charleston as possible. Will wants energy efficiency and an updated home more than southern charm. They look at four properties, two for rent and two to buy and must decide not only which place is the best fit for them, but which part of Charleston to call home. Will they rent or will they buy?
