Sarah and Patrick are on a tight timeline to find a new place since their landlord is moving back into their current rental. But it's okay as the house they live in now hasn't been well maintained and leaves a lot to be desired. Sarah works long hours as a pharmacist and wants to rent a new home where everything works. Patrick is a special effects artist and wants to buy a home with a space he can turn into a studio. Will they rent or will they buy?
