After living in his crowded apartment for over a decade, Jonathan has finally relented to his Aunt Margaret's request that he move. Jonathan wants to rent a remodeled California style bungalow with updated appliances. His opinionated Aunt Margaret thinks it's about time he grows up and takes on a mortgage so she wants him to find the best deal and purchase a place.
