S1 • E21 Feb 10, 1959 30mDuring a school initiation challenge, a boy must climb to the top of a water tower, enter it through a scuttle hatch door and retrieve his keys that his peers have dropped into the water inside the tank. After the boy that is monitoring the initiation locks the scuttle hatch door from the outside, he falls a short distance and is knocked out. A passing motorist sees this and calls RESCUE 8. Wes & Skip rescue the monitor and when he awakens they find out about the initiation pledge that is still locked inside the water tank. With the water level in the tank slowly rising, Wes & Skip must devise a plan to rescue this young man.
