Rikkel and Kees have arrived in the Drakenbos of Parboria to find Tovenaar Tang who may be able to help Rikkel find a heart. But Tang turns out to be an evil wizard who is forcing Prinsess Fuchsia and her lover Prince Richard to work as his servants. But Rikkel learns magic in no time by reading Tang's magic book. Posing as the great wizard 'Rinekikkel', with Kees as his servant 'Keesenius, the robot challenges the wizard to a competition to win the freedom of Tang's blue blooded servants.
