Todays 'RI:SE Ultimate Hero' contestants took part in - Shot the shoe. They had 20 seconds to build momentum. They then had to harness the power of a common park swing using it to shot a shoe as far as possible. Canadian, Jonny won with 48 feet.

Celebrity Jackpot: Lisa Faulkner, Angelina Jolie and Nicole Appleton. Link - They've all dated Jonny Lee Miller. The winner won a trip to Amsterdam.

New band Ryze performed their single In My Life.
