The school goes on a trip to Sweden and Rita's and Hjørdis' conflict over management and rules flares. Alone back at the house, all the men unite: Niels has dropped Jeppe off and wants to go back to London but discovers that Jeppe has written him off. Niels decides to fight to become a better father. Uffe flirts with Pil and is overcome with guilt. Rasmus realizes that he may not be as over Rita as he thought he was.
