Pete's having no luck at all in getting a kiss from Fiona. In desperation, he turns to a mysterious fortune-teller, who gives him a lipstick that will make any female unable to resist kissing him. It works well, as Pete accidentally demonstrates with Fiona's mum, all the girls in his class at school, Miss James and even his sister, but somehow Fiona never seems to be around while he's wearing the lipstick.
