In the midst of a drought, Pete meets an old rainmaker and a leprechaun, but they cannot make rain unless someone believes in them. Even though everyone else thinks the old man is a fraud, Pete desperately wants to believe him... until Gribble interferes and tries to turn the rainmaker into another of his publicity stunts.
