At the nostalgia-centered restaurant Rouge, or colloquially known as "Ruussi," things aren't going very well. Therefore, restaurant manager HP hires a new employee and strives to keep Rouge afloat by any means necessary. The five-part comedy series "Ruussi" takes us to the heart of restaurant entrepreneurship and prompts us to contemplate the broader significance of nostalgia in our lives. When should we hold onto what we cherish, and when is it better to let go of the old and boldly embrace the new?
