John Mitchell, a cold-blooded ex-Army special operations officer, is hired by Major Wilson to search out and destroy the killer of the Major's young daughter, who died from an overdose of drugs. Mitchell decides instead to take a piece of the drug market himself and proves deadly and efficient at his work. Major Wilson then calls in Ryan to halt the mayhem he has unleashed.
