Touring English pop singer Johnny "Cyclone" Wyatt appears to be drunk on stage and cancels his appearance. Ryan, who is called in to investigate the possibility that Wyatt was drugged, finds that some parties stand to make a considerable gain if Wyatt cancels his entire tour. When a further revelation threatens to shatter Wyatt's life completely, Julie gives him the strength and inspiration to carry on.
