The physician firmly calls security to evict the malingerer, Smos and Luc clash with the 'aggressive' agent. Insecure Ingrid meanwhile fusses about whether to have plastic surgery, only to find out she's expecting Luc's baby, which forces both truth time and a surprising temporary way out.
