Gert is packing for a holiday at the seaside with Samson and Marlène. They ignore that the mayor 'as jury' picked Samson as winner of the first annual most meritorious villager award and prepared a grand award party the same next day. Clumsy plans are hatched to keep Samson and Gert at home by pretending things are horrible at sea because of imaginary storms.
