Before heading to the Tokugawa camp, Sasuke tells Kiri that, should he succeed in assassinating Ieyasu, he wants her to marry him. As a battle of wits with Ieyasu unfolds, Yukimura obtains a strangely designed gun.
Meanwhile, Nobuyuki, having read a letter from Yukimura and understood its true meaning, declares that he will go to Osaka.
