Sanansaattajat is a panel show about the etymology of words, i.e. from where do words come and what do they mean. Regular panellists Miika Nousiainen and Tuomas Kyrö, along with a weekly changing guest, each tell stories about the origins of various words. A linguist, Janne Saarikivi, judges the validity of these stories and sets the record straight.
