Artist Graham also draws on his skills to apply some decorative touches to the room - but will it be theatrical enough for Sarah? Meanwhile, the couple also visit a pig farmer who shows them the cycle from piglet to pork chop

    ... At ChristmasWith Christmas approaching Sarah and her family take a break from house-building for some festive preparations, including building an alpine chalet-inspired tree-house, making traditional honey-based drinks and visiting a herd of reindeer.

All four of them are keen to take charge of their own room designs and also to get their hands dirty making it happen. They have grand plans, but can they pull them off? On the land, Graham and Sarah decide to install a zipwire across their large pond, and when Charlie and Laurie harvest a load of nettles, Sarah brews up a batch of nettle beer - but not everyone is convinced.

    Episode 6The family embarks on transforming the boys' bedrooms, with a classic English Gentleman's Club look for the two elder boys, while the younger boys get creative. Outside, the great British weather hits their plans for the pond

The boys are keen to come up with the ideas for this part of the house, so they take charge of the design. Billy, Charlie, Raffey and Laurie have formed a band, and Graham sometimes helps out because he too was in a band when he was younger.

But from the outset, they have differing views - will they be able to come up with something they'll both enjoy spending time in? Away from the build, keen angler Graham learns how to smoke his home-caught fish, he and Sarah invite a group of metal detectorists to the farm to check out the variety of treasures they have unearthed, and the family band rehearse for their first gig at the local pub.
