Lilya decides that she will give birth at home, Misha prepares the bathroom for childbirth, but the mistress of the apartment who has come, kicks Misha and Lily out into the street. Misha and Lilya move to live with Sasha and Tanya, but they also do not want their apartment to turn into a maternity hospital. At Sasha's request, Sylvester Andreevich rents a room for Lily in the best maternity hospital in Moscow.
