WestThe judges are in the west and must choose between a 1960s extended bungalow in Milngavie, a renovated flat in Helensburgh and an ecofriendly modern home in Dunlop.
Highlands and Islands

Highlands and IslandsIn the Highlands and islands, the judges must choose between a fishing lodge near Aviemore and a modern self-build and converted croft in Lewis.
Central

CentralIn central Scotland, the judges must choose between a converted old mill near Dunblane, a Victorian semi in Bridge of Allan and a farmhouse conversion between Falkirk and Linlithgow.
South

SouthThe judges head south where they must choose between a self-build near Lockerbie, a cottage in Moffat which dates back to the 1700s and an old manse in South Lanarkshire.

EastThe judges head east where they must choose between a colourful villa in Fife, a new build overlooking the Firth of Forth and a mid-century bungalow in Linlithgow.
The Final

The FinalIt’s the Grand Final! The judges - interior designers Anna Campbell Jones, architect Danny Campbell and Isle of Mull-based interior designer Banjo Beale - have travelled the country in search of Scotland’s Home of the Year. It’s now down to the final six homes – the winners of each regional episode – to go head-to-head. But only one of them can be the winner of the prestigious title. The judges have invited the six regional winners to join them at Glasgow’s House for an Art Lover, designed by renowned architect Charles Rennie Mackintosh. Here, they will go through the homes one by one, assessing them on architectural merit, distinctive design and personal style, before whittling six down to three, and then – the hardest job of all – choosing the overall winner of Scotland’s Home of the Year 2024. Meanwhile, the finalists will get to meet the judges for the first time, meet one another, and cast their eyes over each other’s homes.
