Nelson,in Florida and in the early stages of testing an underwater listening device (a Hydraphone),sidetracks to Panama to train scuba diving to two geologists.The geologists are seeking to find diamonds in a Panamanian riverbed.Snake infested waters and the Hydraphone eventually save Nelson from his "students".
