Mike is called to Canada by an engineering firm to destroy "Killer Rock," an underwater peak that has caused many ships to sink and hundreds to die. The chief engineer of the company dives with Mike and they discover a cave system they can fill with explosives. The decision is made to use highly-dangerous liquid nitro to destroy the shipping hazard.
