She'll have to convince her cousin that a few concessions are always necessary when hunting for a New York space. Tony Sargent of CORE has only a few weeks to sell his client's apartment and find a new space for her growing family. If he can organize everything properly, he could have two sales on his hands in a matter of weeks.
