Rebecca's challenge is that her clients are incredibly particular with their criteria. Sabrina Kleier is approached by her old client, a professional athlete, to help him sell the one-bedroom apartment that Sabrina originally helped him purchase a few years ago. The challenge is that since Sabrina's client purchased the unit, the market has changed and there is a glut of inventory in the neighborhood.
