Bob is appalled, but Oscar claims it's a very special message he'd only deliver to some he considers extra special. Bob finds this nice, then realizes he's never been delivered such a message before. Ernie pulls the knob off the radio, puts it on Bert's stomach, and turns the volume of Bert's voice up and down.
