S10 • E84 Mar 22, 1979At Hooper's Store, Timi, David, Maria and Linda have lunch. Timi asks for the salt, pepper and sugar, which are on Linda's side of the counter. Those in-between the two learn the signs for each so Linda can pass them down. When Linda is served her lunch, she starts the process all over again, so everyone hands her the items at once, plus some ketchup. Observing all the signing, Mr. Hooper notes, "You learn a lot in the candy store business!" Cartoon- A little man misplaces his J under his hat.
