S11 • E115 May 2, 1980After being bothered by the kids, Oscar meets Winkle (Mary Wickes), a woman from upstate who claims to be in "the dirt business" and is looking to sell her wares in the big city. Oscar is immediately invested and promises to watch her bag of dirt as she gets more of her stuff to set up shop nearby. Cartoon- Capital letter U for up. Ernie tries to figure out what time it is at night. It's too dark to see the clock, so Ernie has a new solution: he pokes his head out the window and sings some loud, off-key opera ("O SOLE MIO, O SOLE YOU-OH") which causes everyone to wake up and yell at him to stop singing, and even mention what time it is. It's 3:00 AM.
