S12 • E100 Apr 10, 1981Mr. Hooper takes a phone call from the pay phone in Hooper's Store; it's his younger brother, Arnold in Chicago. He asks how the family is and wants to know when he'll see him next. Arnold replies, he'll see him next when he looks out the window. Mr. Hooper does, and sees his brother speaking on a phone next to Oscar's trash can. Shouting for joy, Mr. Hooper rushes over to his brother, who explains that he wanted his visit to be a surprise.
