He boasts that his joint is the best and will soon be franchised across the country. Luis is doubtful, even after hearing two Grouches sing the restaurant's jingle. Luis scans the menu for something edible - taco royals (tacos with ice cream), a Big Muck and finally, the special thirty-second lunch: a bowl of soup, hamburger and milk. Luis orders the special, wondering if it can really be made in just thirty seconds. Oscar instructs Luis to pile all those items into a blender, thus creating the special. Luis gives the slop a taste and deems it unfit for anyone. Oscar is glad to get such positive feedback and tells his dissatisfied customer to "beat it."
