He tries to tell Oscar, who doesn't see why he should care about how important water is. Telly goes on to explain how people (and fish) would not be able to stop bothering him Piri finds Forgetful Jones sitting next to assembled ingredients of lemonade, to which Forgetful doesn't remember what he's going to do with.
