They observe an "umpadumpus tree," meet some friendly native "Sesame Streetians" speaking "Sesamese" and attempt to communicate with them and learn their customs, and encounter a wild animal (Barkley). Oscar kicks off the annual Grouchketeer Dirty Face Contest.
