S8 • E128 May 25, 1977Maria, Luis, and Olivia follow a strange noise to Oscar's trash can, where inside, Oscar and his Grouch pals are chopping up his piano to use as firewood. Mr. Hooper comes by to drop off marshmallows. When they see smoke arising from the can, Maria rushes to douse the fire with a bucket of water. Oscar is angry at first, but realizes how much better it is having a soggy campfire. He and the Grouches start singing a campfire song to themselves.
