Grover wants to show the viewer what it's like when someone is angry by getting angry himself, but has a hard time conjuring up such an emotion. He asks Big Bird to get him mad, but Big Bird can't bring himself to do it. This frustrates Grover enough to make him mad, which then makes him happy. A man slips on his daughter's skate, and she points out that it makes him feel angry.
