During the arrest of the criminal, police major Stanislav Rakitin was forced to use service weapons. Unfortunately, a passer-by, TV channel presenter Margarita Smetanina, suffered from the major's shot. A criminal case was opened against Rakitin and he was fired from the police. Rakitin himself and his friends hope that he will receive a suspended sentence. But unexpectedly, the court sentences Stanislav to 4.5 years in a penal colony.
