All the water has disappeared from the city where Icy, Gerda, Kai and Luta live. As luck would have it, it's incredibly hot outside. It turned out that the fairy Florida steals water to keep her garden from drying out during the heat. Only the Keepers of Wonders can return the water to the citizens at the same time water their garden of fresh flowers.
