Valeria and her siblings are devastated when they learn from the news that their parents died in a plane crash. Verónica is overwhelmed with pain when she hears how her own daughter harbors enormous resentment over the abandonment she suffered since infancy. Under the name “Consuelo,” Verónica begins a risky plan to get close to Valeria and make up for lost time. Verónica tries to hide from Valeria and asks Consuelo to drive, but the nervousness causes a shocking accident.
