Helen is preparing for a glorious week alone immersing herself in all things Italian, while Joe, Sally and Harry prepare to head for the coast in the caravan. Tom inveigles his way to dinner with Helen and Harry, and is struck by what looks like a heart attack. Dr. Eva becomes melancholic about her homeland after Stuart sends her a little gift.
