The Captain decides to land the ship in the Floogle Flark system so he can get a box of his favorite cereal, why Amy bakes a batch of cookies for the crew. When the Captain eats all the cookies himself, he decides to lie and say an alien beamed in and ate them all. The lie gets blown out of proportion and the Admiral is called in before the Captain can confess and learn a valuable lesson about telling the truth.
