Major Robertson trails a notorious spaceship thief to the Mars icecap where he is ambushed and left for dead. Commander Corry and Cadet Happy track Robbie into the snow fields and are stranded when the thief and his brother set the Space Patrol battle cruisers on fire with a Martian blizzard rapidly approaching.
