Fred can hardly believe his eyes when Bill Kaulitz walks into the Späti and asks to leave his apartment key in the safe. Unfortunately, Fred somehow manages to let the key get stolen shortly after. While Fred frantically combs the neighborhood for the thief, Aylin tries to keep Mrs. Gröner, the building's landlord, at bay. Mrs. Gröner has ambitious plans for the property, and the Späti stands in her way.
