Oso is a young stuffed bear working as a special agent for the United Network Investigating Quite Usual Events (U.N.I.Q.U.E). Sometimes, he can be forgetful and clumsy, but he's always ready to lend a paw. The U.N.I.Q.U.E leader, Mr. Dos, sends Oso around the world to meet children who need help with tasks, such as making juice pops, jumping rope, and growing marigolds. Together, Oso and the children learn the steps to succeed.
