As Steven learns how to drive an old car his dad gave him, an old enemy of his, Kevin, appears at the car wash to get his car cleaned for a race. Kevin acts rudely towards Steven, Connie, and Greg so Steven and Connie decide to fuse so they can hopefuly beat Kevin at the race and show him that he isn't better than any of them.
