This time is hard for all of us, but it hits some particularly hard: Kathrin recorded a video diary for STRG_F. She has ADHD, suffers from chronic depression and panic attacks. For many people with previous mental illnesses, the state of emergency is an enormous challenge. Which routines suddenly break? What burdens, what helps?
