The evil Captain Nemoy steals Kryptonite from Superman's Fortress of Solitude to enhance his torpedoes. Superman is away on a mission, so the Super Friends enlist the aid of four Kandorians, Miniature Kryptonians from the Bottled City of Kandor who have Superman's powers.
