A pair of classic short stories featuring two actresses. 'The Floor Above', adapted from the short story by M. Humphreys, concerns a woman who goes to visit a friend long thought to be dead- but finds that the truth is rather more complicated. 'The Picture in the House', adapted from the short story by H.P. Lovecraft, tells the tale of a traveler who ventures into a seemingly-deserted old house to escape a storm- only to learn that the storm may be preferable.
