Cook and Line explain that they have been practicing their knot-tying skills, and surprisingly they are terrible at it! Captain Captain gives them her own Little Book of Nautical Knots to practice their knot-tying skills. Since they can't tie any of the knots in the book, they make up their own knot - and end up tied together and completely stuck!
