The salt bureau charges too much for businesses to survive so pitchfork and his crew of salt smugglers capitalize by selling at discount prices. Pitchfork is feared across the land for his deadly sword and technique. Pitchfork plans to use his profits to free his prostitute lover. However, he runs into difficulty when the salt bureau try to stop him.
