The muppets get a call from Mphoenthle and her mom. Mphoenthle wants to be a doctor when she grows up, and she wants to tell them all about it. Her wanting to be a doctor is what makes her special. The muppets make her a harmonica to say thanks for sharing. Basma and Jad share a map as they plot points where they hide treasure for their friends, The Birds, to find. The Birds then share the same map as they hunt for the treasure. Elmo wants to learn more about different types of people.
